SCAD – South Central Ambulance District Director – Shaun Buehner Non-Emergency Number – 440.563.5619 SCAD has seven full time paramedics and 14 part time EMTs and paramedics. Currently, the district has 4 Advanced Life Support equipped ambulances – 3 based in Rome and 1 based in Dorset. SCAD is automatic aid for 5 fire departments and holds CPR and first aid classes throughout the year.
